 📖Trivia Time

Washington's Supreme Court has ruled to abolish the mandatory bar exam requirement for lawyers, offering alternative pathways to licensure. Scandinavian Countries Lead in Global Happiness, U.S. Faces Generational Gap

The 2024 Gallup World Poll places Finland at the top of its happiness ranking, citing strong social support and healthy life expectancies as key factors. In contrast, the United States has fallen in the rankings, with a notable generational divide in happiness levels. Americans over 60 report higher happiness compared to the younger population, where a significant decrease in well-being has been observed, particularly among those aged 30 and below. This trend is also seen in Canada, Australia, and some European countries. Experts suggest financial stability, social connections, and societal pressures significantly influence these patterns. The study also highlights optimism in Eastern Europe, where the younger generation shows increased happiness, contrasting with the less happy older generations affected by historical conflicts.
