Nighttime Burglary Ends in Arrest After Homeowner's Quick Action

In a daring early morning encounter, a Port Angeles homeowner captured a burglar, Rocky Sindars, in his home and held him at gunpoint until law enforcement arrived. Sindars, who entered through a window and began stealing, was arrested and charged with burglary, theft, and malicious mischief.
