Stolen Car and $200K in Jewelry Recovered After Mall Store Break-In

Two suspects were arrested by Lynnwood Police for a jewelry store burglary at Alderwood Mall's JCPenney. The arrest occurred after officers responded to an early morning alarm and found a broken store entrance and a nearby stolen Hyundai used by the suspects. The adult and the teenager were found with $200,000 worth of stolen jewelry. Both had outstanding warrants, including one for escaping custody. The adult was jailed, and the teen was sent to a youth center.
