Tragic Tesla Autopilot Incident Claims Life of Young Motorcyclist

A Snohomish man has been charged with vehicular homicide following a crash where his Tesla, on autopilot, fatally struck motorcyclist Jeff Nissen while the driver was distracted by his phone. The accident occurred on SR 522 in Maltby. Despite some alcohol consumption, the driver was not legally impaired. The family of the deceased mourns a profound loss, emphasizing the importance of attentive driving.
